Dokha is a tobacco initially developed in Iran, mixed with leaves, bark and herbs for smoking cigarettes inside a midwakh. Narrowed blood vessels from the placenta and umbilical wire restrict blood movement on the fetus. The blood that does move by means of carries carbon monoxide, nicotine as well as other dangerous chemical substances.
